TERMS OF USE

Introduction

CryptonX (“CryptonX” or the “Company”) is incorporated under the laws of and located at Regency House, #215 Oceanfront Avenue, Harbor Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

CryptonX offers various tools and functions that allow users to manage their personal cryptocurrency holdings (“Software”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use and access to the Software. The Software is accessible through:

“User” or “Client” means the natural or legal person who accepts or otherwise consents to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

By accepting these Terms or accessing the Software, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and all policies herein, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Subscription Payments Policy. If you do not wish to be bound, do not create an account, do not access the Software and do not use related services.

Definitions

Term Definition
Software The tools and functions provided by CryptonX for managing cryptocurrency assets.
Client Account The account created by the User to access the Software.
Exchange Account The User's account on existing cryptocurrency exchanges.
Credit Top-up The process of adding funds to the User's account to enable use of certain features and services.
Artificial Intelligence Model The machine learning–based system provided by CryptonX that enables users to trade in crypto markets.
Month 30 calendar days.
Fee The amount paid in exchange for a strategy purchase and/or credit top-up.
Demo Plan Provision of the Software as a free trial version.
Third Party Services Content, applications and services offered by CryptonX through the Software but provided by third parties.
Customer Content Content and data that the User adds to or makes accessible through the Software.

Software and Functions

The Software provides various tools and functions that allow users to manage their cryptocurrency holdings through their Exchange Account. These include, but are not limited to:

Free Functions

  • Tools and functions provided free of charge without requiring a credit top-up.
  • CryptonX may change free offerings at any time without notice.
  • Availability may vary by user jurisdiction.

Functions That Require a Fee

  • Accessible only after sufficient credits have been topped up.
  • Details available on the Website.
  • Use of third-party functions is the responsibility of that third party.

Advanced Mode

Advanced Mode is activated manually by the user and allows changing default AI model parameters. Use of Advanced Mode is at the user's sole risk.

  • You acknowledge deviations from default parameters and possible unexpected behavior.
  • You warrant you have sufficient knowledge and skill to use this mode.
  • You accept all risks and will have no claims against CryptonX.

Beta Testing

  • Voluntary participation; features provided “as is.”
  • May exhibit bugs or performance deviations.
  • User feedback is confidential and used to improve the Software.

A/B Testing

  • Users may be randomly assigned to groups to test different parameters.
  • Participation indicates acceptance of variable user experiences.

Eligibility Criteria and Customer Account

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Full authority to use the Software and be bound by these Terms.
  • No prior suspension or prohibition from accessing the Software.
  • Use only for personal accounts, not third-party asset management.
  • No illegal activity or use of illicit funds.
  • Access must be legal in your jurisdiction.

Creating a Customer Account

  • Follow registration instructions; provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Update information immediately upon changes.
  • Account is free; CryptonX may refuse to provide one at its discretion.

Exchange Account Connection

  • Link your Client Account with your own Exchange Account to trade.
  • Suspension or closure of your Exchange Account may restrict Software functions.
  • CryptonX may reset API keys for security, requiring reconnection.

Free Trial Period

  • CryptonX may offer a trial version for evaluation.
  • Eligibility and duration determined by CryptonX; may require promo code or payment info.
  • Trial ends on initial period expiry, user termination, or at CryptonX’s discretion.
  • Open trades at expiry will continue if credits suffice; otherwise, they will stop.

Intended Use and Prohibited Activities

The Software is intended solely for managing your personal crypto assets. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Impersonating others or providing false identity information.
  • Uploading unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Transmitting viruses or malware.
  • Reverse engineering, hacking or modifying the Software.
  • Disrupting Software operation or circumventing security measures.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Unauthorized collection of email addresses.
  • Violating applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Customer Account Security

  • Your account is personal; you are responsible for all activity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of credentials and enable 2FA.
  • Log out after each session; monitor account history.
  • Report any unauthorized access or suspected breaches immediately.

Fees, Payment Terms and Refunds

  • Users receive a one-time demo credit of 10 USDT; must top up credits to continue.
  • CryptonX may change fees without notice; fee increases apply to future top-ups.
  • Payments processed via third-party providers; disputes should first be raised with CryptonX Support.
  • Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred outside the platform, except as required by law.
  • Low-balance notifications will be sent via email and in-app messages.

Intellectual Property Rights and Software License

  • All IP rights in the Software belong to CryptonX and its licensors.
  • CryptonX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Prohibited actions include distributing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works without permission.

Updates

  • CryptonX may provide enhancements, bug fixes, and security updates at no extra charge.
  • Major modifications may be notified in-app or via email with advance notice.

Suspension of Software

  • CryptonX may discontinue or suspend the Software for maintenance or emergency security updates.
  • Advance notice will be provided when possible.

Duration and Termination

  • These Terms remain in force while you access or use the Software.
  • CryptonX may terminate or suspend your account for breaches, inactivity, or legal violations.
  • Upon termination, access is revoked and data may be deleted subject to legal retention rules.

Third Party Services

The Software may integrate third-party services and content for informational purposes only. CryptonX disclaims all warranties or liability for third-party signals, applications, or links. You use such services at your own risk and must review their terms separately.

Processing of Personal Data

CryptonX processes your personal data to provide the Software. For details, see our Privacy Statement or contact [email protected].

Availability of Software

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.” CryptonX does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Availability may be affected by errors, device issues, or network failures beyond our control.

Reliefs

CryptonX does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Use of the Software and any third-party content is at your own risk. All decisions made through the Software are your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptonX and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Software.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CryptonX, its affiliates, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Software.

Support and Reporting

Other Provisions

  • These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement.
  • Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver.
  • Invalid provisions will be reformed; the remainder stays in effect.
  • English version governs in case of translation discrepancies.
  • Parties are independent contractors with no agency relationship created.

Applicable Law

These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, notwithstanding conflict-of-law principles.

Complaints and Disputes

Report complaints via our Complaints Procedure or email [email protected]. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation or by courts of competent jurisdiction in the British Virgin Islands, unless mandatory law permits action in your country of residence.

Changes in Terms of Use

  • CryptonX may update these Terms and will notify you by email at least ten (10) days before material changes.
  • Minor or beneficial changes may take effect immediately without prior notice.
  • Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Notices

  • Notices to you via the Software interface or to your registered email; keep email up to date.
  • Notices to CryptonX by email to [email protected].

Compliance

  • You warrant you are not subject to any sanctions or embargoes.
  • You warrant use does not violate any national or international sanctions.
  • CryptonX may restrict or terminate access if you become subject to sanctions.
