PERSONAL DATA CONTRACT

Parties and Subject

This PERSONAL DATA CONTRACT ("Contract") is concluded between CryptonX ("Company") and the User ("Data Subject") to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the processing, storage, and protection of personal data during the use of the CryptonX platform.

This Contract has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (GDPR) and relevant regulations, outlining CryptonX’s obligations regarding personal data processing and storage, the rights of data subjects, and data security measures.

Data Collection, Usage, and Purpose

CryptonX may process personal data of the User, including:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Identity information
  • IP address
  • Financial data
  • API key details

These data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Creating, verifying, and managing the user account
  • Providing CryptonX platform services
  • Improving user experience
  • Fulfilling legal obligations
  • Conducting financial transactions
  • Preventing fraud and conducting security audits

Data Sharing and Transfer

CryptonX does not share the User’s personal data with third parties except for legal requirements. However, data may be transferred in the following cases:

  • Legal requests from authorized public institutions
  • Necessary exchange integrations for platform operation (such as Binance)
  • Financial service providers for crypto asset transfers and API transactions
  • Technical support companies ensuring platform security

Personal data may be transferred domestically or internationally only in compliance with GDPR and with adequate security measures in place.

Data Retention Period and Security Measures

CryptonX retains personal data only for the duration necessary for processing purposes. Certain data may be stored for up to 5 years due to legal obligations.

To ensure data security, CryptonX implements:

  • SSL certificates
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Encryption
  • Restricted access permissions

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of GDPR, users have the following rights:

  • To learn whether CryptonX processes their personal data
  • To request information about processed personal data
  • To request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data
  • To object to automated processing of data
  • To claim compensation in case of damage due to unlawful data processing

Effectiveness and Termination of the Contract

  • The User is deemed to have accepted this Contract upon registering on the CryptonX platform.
  • The User may terminate this Contract by closing their account or applying to CryptonX. However, certain personal data may still be retained due to legal obligations.
  • CryptonX reserves the right to amend this Contract due to legal requirements or security necessities.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Contract shall be settled in the British Virgin Islands courts.
